The arrival of Autumn signals the return of comfort food - delicious pies and soups made with fresh seasonal produce that make you feel warm and cosy from head to toe. The Autumn Veggie contains recipes for some of our fall favourites that we know you’ll love too.

Autumn Pie- Nothing says autumn like a hot pie, fresh from the oven. With seasonal veg, a rich cheesy layer and a topping of crispy puff pastry, this recipe is a real crowd pleaser.

Applewood Sausages -Veggie sausages are the ultimate comfort food when it’s cold outside and a brilliant dish to know how to make from scratch. These ones are packed full of flavour and are made with smoked paprika and applewood cheese for that cosy autumn taste.

Pumpkin pie- A fall classic! A slice of this sweet, creamy pie, made with warming cinnamon and allspice, will have you daydreaming of open fires and falling autumn leaves.

Beetroot and pear soup- This delicious soup is the perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. Sweet pears are combined with earthy beetroot for a delicious flavour combination.

Butternut squash scones- Nothing beats freshly made scones for a delicious afternoon snack. This recipe keeps the gorgeous, light scone texture you know and love, and uses butternut squash for a special autumn twist.
